- Managed, supervised, and mentored a team of four designers, guiding their professional development and project execution.
- Led the complete redesign of the Medics.Academy platform, resulting in a 175% increase in sign-ups after deployment.
- Directed the visual identity for F|Docs, a core product that successfully signed up over 56% of all foundation doctors in the UK in a single year.
- Led the UX/UI development for Nucleus, a cutting-edge genetics learning hub created in collaboration with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, which was highlighted by the UK Government in their Genome UK report.
- Designed high-complexity internal and external dashboards and successfully shipped the Medics.Academy messaging app from inception to launch.
